One Pot Tex-Mex Penne Pasta Recipe

To begin making the One Pot Tex-Mex Penne Pasta recipe, Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan
penne pasta(2 cups)extra virgin olive oil - as required - 2
Add the crushed garlic and saute for a few seconds
garlic - crushed(1 teaspoon)garlic powder(1 teaspoon) - 3
Add the capsicum and onions and let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until it gets soft
onion - sliced(1) - 4
Once the vegetables are soft, add the red chilli powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, garlic powder and the required salt
extra virgin olive oil - as requiredgarlic - crushed(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)paprika powder(1/2 teaspoon)cumin powder (jeera)(1 teaspoon)garlic powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as requiredmilk - as required - 5
Mix everything properly and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes

After 2 to 3 minutes, turn the heat low and add the required milk
extra virgin olive oil - as requiredsalt - as requiredmilk - as required - 7
Mix well and stir continuously for about 2 minutes

After 2 minutes add the raw pasta and parmesan cheese and let it cook till the penne is cooked properly
penne pasta(2 cups)parmesan cheese - grated(1/4 cup) - 9
Once it is done, garnish it with parsley and serve hot
parsley leaves - finely chopped(1 tablespoon) - 10
