    To make the parwal masala recipe, first wash and peel the parwal

    gm parwal - peel and chop straight(300)/ 2 garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)

    Cut it in half and keep it aside

    In a mixer grinder, add ginger, tomato, watermelon and make a paste

    watermelon(3 teaspoon)inch ginger - finely chopped(1)

    Now heat oil in a pan

    oil(1 teaspoon)

    Add parwal and cook till it becomes soft

    gm parwal - peel and chop straight(300)

    Keep it aside

    Now add bay leaves, tomato ginger paste in the same pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    After 4 minutes add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix

    red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder(1/2 teaspoon)/ 2 garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)

    Allow to cook for 3 minutes and after that add parwal, water and let it cook

    Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the gas and serve
