Papad Raita Recipe
A vegetarian Indian recipe with curd (dahi / yogurt) - well beaten, to 3 papad - masala preferably, cumin powder (jeera). Ready in 20 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Papad Raita, roast the masala papad using a stove top or microwave and keep aside
to 3 papad - masala preferably(2) - 2
Now, take a big bowl, pour the curd and whisk it to a smooth and creamy consistency
curd (dahi / yogurt) - well beaten(500 ml) - 3
Add the roasted cumin, paprika powder and rock salt to taste, mix it even and refrigerate for 2 hours
cumin powder (jeera)(1/2 teaspoon)paprika powder(1/2 teaspoon)rock salt - to taste - 4
Just before serving add the roughly crushed roasted papads and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well
curd (dahi / yogurt) - well beaten(500 ml)to 3 papad - masala preferably(2)sprig coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(2) - 5
Serve the Papad Raita Recipe along with Chana Pulao or any other Pulao for a simple weeknight dinner
