Palak Tambuli (Recipe In Hindi)

To make spinach tambuli, first wash and chop the spinach
spinach(15) - 2
Now heat a little ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper and green chilies
cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)whole black pepper(3)green chilli(2)ghee(1 teaspoon)ghee(1 teaspoon)cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)curry leaves - littledry red chili(1) - 3
Cook for 1 minute

Turn off the gas and keep it aside to cool

Now in a mixer grinder, add ground spices, coconut, salt and some water and grind them
coconut - grated(1/4 cup)salt - as per taste - 6
Take this mixture out in a bowl

Now add buttermilk / curd and mix it well

Do not keep it too thick, make it a little thinner
curry leaves - little - 9
Now heat ghee in a tempering pan
ghee(1 teaspoon)ghee(1 teaspoon) - 10
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves
cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)/2 mustard(1 teaspoon)cumin seeds(1/2 teaspoon)curry leaves - little - 11
Cook for 20 seconds and then put it in tambuli

Serve spinach tambuli with rice and chow chow thoran for dinner
