One Pot Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
A non-veg Indonesian recipe with cooked rice, fresh red chilli - finely chopped, green chilli - finely chopped. Ready in 50 min, serves 4.

To begin making the One Pot Chicken Nasi Goreng Recipe, we will keep cooked rice ready
cooked rice(1 cup)chicken breasts - cut into small pieces(100 grams) - 2
Either use the leftover rice or make fresh rice and cool it down completely
cooked rice(1 cup)fresh red chilli - finely chopped(1) - 3
Heat a kadai with oil, add ginger and garlic and sauté till they soften
cloves garlic - grated or minced(4)inch ginger - grated(1) - 4
Add in onions and sauté till they turn translucent
sprig spring onion greens - chopped(4) - 5
Once the onions are soft and translucent, add carrots, bell peppers and cook until the carrots become soft
red bell pepper (capsicum) - minced(1/2)carrot (gajjar) - peeled and minced(1)sprig spring onion greens - chopped(4) - 6
You can sprinkle some salt and water, cover it with the lid and cook for atleast 10 minutes
salt - to taste - 7
After 10 minutes, add cabbage and saute till they are cooked well
cooked rice(1 cup)cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - finely chopped(1/2 cup) - 8
This will take about 10 more minutes

After the cabbage is done, add some mushroom and cook for another 10 minutes till it leaves out all the moisture
cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - finely chopped(1/2 cup) - 10
At this point, add both the sauces along with salt and pepper powder
red bell pepper (capsicum) - minced(1/2)red chilli sauce(2 tablespoon)soy sauce(1 tablespoon)salt - to taste - 11
Add in bean sprouts and cook the mixture
bean sprouts(1/2 cup) - 12
Cook for about 2 minutes

After 2 minutes, add cooked rice and stir fry them until it is evenly coated
cooked rice(1 cup) - 14
At the end sprinkle some spring onions and set aside

Into a separate pan, heat some oil, add chicken pieces
chicken breasts - cut into small pieces(100 grams) - 16
Sprinkle some salt, soy sauce and stir fry until the chicken is done

This will take 5 to 6 minutes

Add the chicken pieces into fried rice, toss it over and serve hot
