    Coarsely grind dates, oats, cashewnuts and almonds separately

    Heat a pan or kadai and add 1 tablespoon ghee

    Now add grounded oats, cashewnuts, almonds, shredded coconut, green cardamom powder

    Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on slow flame
