    To make Mutton Keema Soup recipe, first heat the oil in a saucepan

    mutton - minced(200 grams)oil(1 tablespoon)

    After the oil is hot, add bay leaves, onions and cook till they become soft

    onion - chopped(1)bay leaves(2)sprig of thyme leaves - optional(1)oil(1 tablespoon)

    After the onions are soft, add green chilies, tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft

    After the tomatoes are soft, add ginger and cook for 1 minute

    Now add mutton mince, turmeric powder, 1 cup chicken stock, mix and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes

    After the mutton mince becomes soft, add the remaining stock, green coriander, thyme and mix
