    To begin with, the mini rava idli with tomato chutney recipe, Start by preparing the rava idli batter which is one part rava, curd, and two parts water add salt to season and keep it aside

    Now for the tomato chutney in a blender add tomatoes, garlic, and ginger, grind them to a fine puree and keep them aside

    Take a small pan and heat oil to a medium high and add the tomato puree to it and saute it for few minutes until it's cooked and oil oozes from outside

    Now let's start making the mini idli, grease the mould generously with oil and pour in the batter(as a measure about a teaspoon of batter went to make one idli)Place the idli mould inside a cooker or an idli cooker and steam it for 10 minutes and check if a toothpick dipped in comes out clean
