To begin making the Millet Cottage Cheese Rolls, Preheat the oven to 200 C and grease a baking sheet with butter
butter - for greasing the breadspaneer (homemade cottage cheese) - crumbled(200 grams)foxtail millet - cooked (yields 1 of cooked millet )(1/4 cup)sesame seeds (til seeds) - to roll - 2
We will first cook the millets with 3/4 cup of water until soft and mushy

The millets should have absorbed all the water

If there is any excess water, drain in and you could use it for soups

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and stir well to bring them all together
