To begin making Chocolate Doughnut Recipe, activate yeast by adding milk and sugar and resting it for 10 minutes
milk - warm(1/2 cup)sugar(1 teaspoon)active dry yeast(1 teaspoon)caster sugar(1 cup)tablespoons milk(3) - 2
Now add maida, baking powder, butter and salt
baking powder(1/4 teaspoon)tablespoons butter - at room temperature(2)pinch salt(1)cocoa powder(1/4 cup) - 3
Combine and knead it to smooth dough, adding water as required
water - as required - 4
Grease, cover and rest for 1-2 hours
sunflower oil - to deep fry and grease - 5
Once the dough has raised very well, nearly doubling in its size, punch the dough to release the trapped air and roll slightly thick using a rolling pin

Now with the help of cutter, cut to doughnut shapes and arrange on a greased parchment paper
sunflower oil - to deep fry and grease - 7
Allow to rest in warm place for 2 hours

Heat a deep frying pan with enough sunflower oil

Once the oil is hot, on medium heat, deep fry each doughnut till golden brown

Take off from oil and drain on a paper towel

Dip the doughnuts and serve chocolate donuts sprinkled with sugar crystals
