To prepare Mexican Chicken Tostadas Recipe, heat oil in a small Kadai
chicken breasts - cubed(1 cup) - 2
Once the oil is hot, add chicken pieces

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to the chicken pieces

Cook chicken over medium heat until the pieces are fried well

Set aside

Alternatively, you can grill chicken in a preheated Oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes if you are diet conscious
