    To begin making the Masala Cornflakes Chicken recipe, marinate the chicken in a mixing bowl along with red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, gjnger garlic paste, coriander leaves, and salt to taste

    boneless chicken - cut into bite sized pieces ((1 kg)red chilli powder(2 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(2 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1/2 teaspoon)ginger garlic paste(1 tablespoon)coriander (dhania) leaves - chopped(1/2 cup)salt - to tastecorn flakes - made to a coarse powder(2 cups)

    Keep aside for 30 minutes

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan and allow it to heat

    Once the oil is hot, take each piece of chicken, dip in egg and then roll in cornflakes mixture
