We begin making the Makhana Ka Raita Recipe by toasting the makhana on a pan with little ghee till it turns golden brown
phool makhana (lotus seeds)(1/2 cup)ghee - for toasting - 2
In a mixing bowl, add curd and all the spice powders, season it with salt
curd (dahi / yogurt)(1 cup)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder (jeera)(1/2 teaspoon)pinch garam masala powder(1)salt - to taste - 3
Add the toasted makhana to the curd mixture and coat it evenly and sprinkle with the some chopped coriander leaves
