Heat a tadka pan on medium heat and melt the ghee
ghee(1 teaspoon) - 5
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, peanuts and chopped green chilies
cucumber - finely chopped(1/4 cup)anardana powder (pomegranate seed powder)(1/4 cup)raw peanuts (moongphali)(2 teaspoon)green chillies - finely chopped(2)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)curry leaves - finely chopped(5) - 6
Stir fry for a minute and pour this tempering over the Poha and mix well
