To make Lilve vegetable, first heat oil in a pan
make green gram - or lilwe(1 cup) - 2
After the oil is hot, add bay leaves, long and cardamom
long(2)big cardamom(1) - 3
After 15 seconds, add onion and cook till it becomes soft
onion - paste onion - finely chopped(1) - 4
Now add potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes
potato - cut(1) - 5
After 5 minutes add ginger garlic and onion paste
ginger garlic paste(1 tablespoon)onion - paste onion - finely chopped(1) - 6
Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes

After 3 minutes add red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder to it
red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(3/4 teaspoon)coriander powder(1 teaspoon)sprig green coriander - finely chopped(3) - 8
After cooking for 2 minutes, add curd, salt and mix it
tablespoons curd(2)salt - as per use - 9
Add green gram after 3 minutes, mix it, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes, add water as per use and let it cook
water - as per use - 11
Turn off the gas after 4 to 5 minutes and garnish with green coriander
