    To begin making the Konkani Style Vali Bendi Recipe, we will heat a skillet to dry roast the dry red chillies

    Once done grind it along with coconut and tamarind to a smooth paste by adding some water

    fresh coconut(1/2 cup)tamarind(18 grams)

    Heat a pressure cooker with oil, add pound garlic and allow it to sizzle

    Add chopped spinach leaves and saute for few seconds till it wilts

    spinach leaves (palak)(1 cup)

    Add ground paste and about 1/2 cup water and salt

    salt - to taste

    Pressure cook for around 2 whistle
