To begin making the Konkani Style Vali Bendi Recipe, we will heat a skillet to dry roast the dry red chillies
dry red chillies(3) - 2
Once done grind it along with coconut and tamarind to a smooth paste by adding some water
fresh coconut(1/2 cup)tamarind(18 grams) - 3
Heat a pressure cooker with oil, add pound garlic and allow it to sizzle
cloves garlic(4) - 4
Add chopped spinach leaves and saute for few seconds till it wilts
spinach leaves (palak)(1 cup) - 5
Add ground paste and about 1/2 cup water and salt
salt - to taste - 6
Pressure cook for around 2 whistle

Serve the Konkani Style Vali Bendi Recipe along with steamed rice with a dollop of ghee on top and Konkani Style Mooga Ghushi Recipe by the side to enjoy your everyday lunch
