To make Kashmiri Munj hawk, first of all wash the knoll and cut it
knoll knoll(1/2 kg)sprig knoll knoll leaves(6)kashmiri masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 2
Now cut the knoll leaves in half
knoll knoll(1/2 kg)sprig knoll knoll leaves(6) - 3
Wash it well and keep it aside

Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida
asafoetida - pinches(2) - 5
Add Nol Nol, Nol Nol leaves, dry red chilli and salt to it
sprig knoll knoll leaves(6)salt - as per taste - 6
Cook for 2 minutes and after that add Kashmiri masala powder and mix
kashmiri masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 7
Add water and cooking soda to it
pinch cooking soda(1) - 8
Mix and cover the pan

Cook until the vegetables are soft and turn off the gas

Serve hot
