    To make Sour Mint Potato Recipe, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in a cooker with water as per the usage

    Keep this paste separately

    Heat ghee in a pan

    ghee - or oil as per taste

    Add cumin seeds and let it splutter

    salt - cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)

    Now add mint coriander paste and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes

    Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, salt and cook it for 1 minute

    - / 2 amchur powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/3 teaspoon)salt - cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)

    After 1 minute add potatoes and mix well

    potatoes - boil(5)

    Add a little water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    Turn off the flame and serve
