To make Sour Mint Potato Recipe, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in a cooker with water as per the usage

Turn off the cooker and cook till 2 cities come

Allow the pressure to drain automatically

Open the cooker and take out the potatoes and keep them aside

After cooling, remove the skin and cut it

In a blender add green coriander, mint, green chilli and grind it
mint(1/4 cup)coriander(1/2 cup)green chilli(2)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon) - 8
Keep this paste separately

Heat ghee in a pan
ghee - or oil as per taste - 10
Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
salt - cumin seeds(1 teaspoon) - 11
Now add mint coriander paste and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes
mint(1/4 cup)coriander(1/2 cup) - 12
Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, salt and cook it for 1 minute
- / 2 amchur powder(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/3 teaspoon)salt - cumin seeds(1 teaspoon) - 13
After 1 minute add potatoes and mix well
potatoes - boil(5) - 14
Add a little water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Turn off the flame and serve

Serve the Sour Mint Potato Potato Recipe along with Gujarati Kadhi, Amaras and Phulka for dinner
