To make kachchi mango, first mix the water in the lentils

Keep it aside

Now heat the oil in a saucepan
oil(1 tablespoon) - 4
Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds
mustard(1 teaspoon) - 5
After 10 seconds, add long, bay leaves and black pepper
long(3)whole black peppers(2)curry leaves - break(5)coriander leaves - little - 6
After cooking for 20 seconds, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves
cumin(1 teaspoon)curry leaves - break(5)coriander leaves - little - 7
After 30 seconds, add lentil water, jaggery, tamarind paste, goda masala and salt
lentil water - chana lentil water(2 cups)water - as per the experiment(1 cup)jaggery - grated(1 teaspoon)tamarind paste - reduce as much as you like(1 teaspoon)goda masala(1/2 teaspoon)salt - to taste - 8
Cook until it boils
oil(1 tablespoon) - 9
Turn off the gas after boiling and serve
oil(1 tablespoon) - 10
Serve Katachi Amati with Puran Poli on festival days
