To make black desi chana, first soak the gram in 2 cups of water for 6 hours

Now put them in a pressure cooker with 2-1 / 2 cups of water

After that add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt and gram
sprig coriander (dhania) leaves - roughly chopped for garnish(4) - 10

After boiling, reduce the heat and let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes

After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve
