Kachumber Salad Recipe With Cucumber, Onion & Tomatoes

To begin with the Kachumber salad, wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces and keep it ready

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables-cucumbers, onion, green chilli, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranate seeds and mix well
cucumber - peeled and chopped(3)onion - finely chopped(1)green chilli - finely chopped(1)tomatoes - chopped(2)carrot (gajjar) - peeled and chopped(1)fresh pomegranate fruit kernels(1/4 cup) - 3
Our next step is to combine all the ingredients for the dressing

Add lime juice, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, salt into the chopped vegetables and mix it well

Now add the finely chopped coriander and mint leaves and give the salad a gentle stir and serve it immediately
