To make the Kachumbar salad, mix cucumber, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranates in a mixing bowl

Mix well

After mixing, add lemon juice, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well
salt - as per tasteblack pepper powder - according to tastecumin powder - roast(1 teaspoon)- / 2 lemon juice(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now add green coriander, mint and mix well
green chili - finely chopped(1)coriander leaves - littlemint - little - 5
Serve Serve the Kachumbar Salad with punchy lentils, Aloo Bhindi Ki Sabzi and Phulka for dinner
