    To make Jain Style Paneer Makhani, first heat ghee in a pan

    Now add capsicum and green chilies

  3. 3

    Cook until the capsicum becomes soft

    Let it cool after cooking and then grind it in a mixer with some water

    Now heat a little more ghee in the same pan

    Add tomato puree to it and let it cook for 3 minutes

    After 3 minutes add capsicum paste, sugar, salt, garam masala powder, green peas and red chili powder

    Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes

    Now add milk and cream

    Add 1/4 cup of water, mix and let it cook for 10 minutes

    Now add paneer pieces to it, reduce the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes

    Finally turn off the gas, garnish with coriander and fenugreek leaves
