Hare Chane Ka Pulav Recipe

To begin making the Hare Chane Ka Pulav, firstly heat ghee in a wok
ghee(1 tablespoon) - 2
Add cumin seeds, cloves, red dry chillies and let it cook for about 15-20 seconds
cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)cloves (laung)(2)dry red chilli(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon) - 3
After 15-20 seconds, add onions and green chillies and let it cook till the onions become soft and translucent
dry red chilli(2)onion - thinly sliced(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon) - 4
Once it is done, add in the potatoes for about 2 minutes on medium heat
potato (aloo) - peeled and cut into small cubes(1) - 5
After 2 minutes add in the hare chane

Cover the lid and cook it till the potatoes are half cooked
potato (aloo) - peeled and cut into small cubes(1)lemon juice - juice from half lemon(1 teaspoon) - 7
Next, add the rice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt
dry red chilli(2)green chilli - finely chopped(1)rice(1 cup)turmeric powder (haldi)(1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as requiredlemon juice - juice from half lemon(1 teaspoon) - 8
Mix everything properly and cook it for abut 2-3 minutes

Add the required water, cover the lid and let it cook on medium flame till the water is absorbed
salt - as required - 10
If the rice is still not cooked, add more water and cook it for few more minutes
rice(1 cup) - 11
Once done, switch off the heat and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
green chilli - finely chopped(1)coriander (dhania) leaves - few sprigs finely chopped - 12
Serve Hare Chane Ka Pulav with Burani Raita for a healthy and light meal
