We begin making the Goan Style Kulkuls Recipe (Honey glazed wheat Curls Recipe) by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl to a soft dough

Rest it for 10 minutes by covering it with a damp cloth

Once it is rested it is time to make those small curls

Take a small piece from the dough, keep a fork next to you and press the dough gently on the back of the fork

Heat a kadai with enough oil to fry these curls, once it is heated, add the curls by batches and fry them till it is brown
