Ginger Garlic Tofu Curry Recipe

To begin making Ginger Garlic Tofu curry, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
tofu - cubed(150 grams)inch ginger(1)garlic - crushed(3) - 2
Add crushed ginger and garlic and cook it till it turns golden brown
inch ginger(1)garlic - crushed(3) - 3
Once it is done, add chopped spring onion whites, greens and chilies into the pan
carrot (gajjar) - chopped(1)spring onion (bulb & greens) - whites(1/4 cup)spring onion greens - chopped(1/4 cup)green chillies - chopped(2) - 4
Stir it well

Add chopped carrot and mix it properly
carrot (gajjar) - chopped(1)spring onion greens - chopped(1/4 cup)green chillies - chopped(2) - 6
Add turmeric powder, tomato chili sauce and pepper powder
turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)black pepper powder - according to your tastegaram masala powder(1 teaspoon)sweet and spicy red chilli sauce (tomato chilli sauce)(1 teaspoon)soy sauce(1 teaspoon) - 7
make sure everything is mixed properly

Add soya sauce, vegetable stock and coconut milk and stir everything nicely
coconut milk(1/4 cup)vegetable stock(1/2 cup)sweet and spicy red chilli sauce (tomato chilli sauce)(1 teaspoon)soy sauce(1 teaspoon) - 9
Cover the pan and cook it for about 10 minutes

Add tofu cubes and salt according to your taste
tofu - cubed(150 grams)black pepper powder - according to your tastesalt - to taste - 11
Let it cook for about 10 minutes more

Add corn flour dissolved water and cook for another 2 minutes
teaspoon corn flour - dissolved in 2 water(1 tablespoon) - 13
Switch off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl
