    To begin making the Lauki Thepla Recipe, in a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped green chili, ginger paste, garam masala, salt to taste and grated lauki

    -/2 whole wheat flour(1 cups)gram flour (besan)(1/2 cup)bottle gourd (lauki) - peeled and grated(1 cup)green chilli - finely chopped(1)coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped(2 tablespoon)inch ginger - peeled and crushed into paste(1)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)teaspoons red chilli powder(2)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)salt - to taste

    Mix everything with your fingers

    Keep on mixing till a firm dough is formed

    Add curd only if needed

    tablespoons hung curd (greek yogurt)(2)

    Normally bottlegourd releases water

    bottle gourd (lauki) - peeled and grated(1 cup)

    But if the dough becomes too dry, add curd little at a time and make firm dough
