Egg and Bread Fried Rice Recipe
A eggetarian Fusion recipe with basmati rice - cooked, whole eggs, onion. Ready in 30 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Egg and Bread Fried Rice recipe, chop the onion finely
basmati rice - cooked(1 cup)onion(1)whole wheat brown bread(4) - 2
Break eggs to a bowl and whisk it

You can use cooked rice or leftover rice
basmati rice - cooked(1 cup) - 5
Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil, add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds
inch cinnamon stick (dalchini)(1/2)cloves (laung)(2)cumin seeds (jeera)(1/2 teaspoon) - 6
Once it splutters add onion and saute well

Once the onion becomes translucent, add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw smell goes

Reduce the flame to medium

Pour the eggs and scramble them

Add crushed pepper, sambar powder an required salt

Combine everything together and cook until the eggs are completely cooked

Tear the bread slices roughly and add to the cooked eggs
basmati rice - cooked(1 cup)whole eggs(5)whole wheat brown bread(4) - 13
Mix everything together until the breads are coated well

Add little more oil if needed

Stir well on medium flame for 2-3 minutes

Check for salt and garnish with coriander leaves
