To begin making the Cuban Black Bean Salad Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready
canned black beans - (canned) drained & rinsed(1)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 2
If you don't find black beans, you can also cook Rajma (red kidney beans) ahead of time and use it in this salad

In a small mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the mojo sauce until smooth

In a large salad mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad and the mojo sauce and stir well to combine
