    To make Chow Chow Thoran, first peel and chop the Chow Chow

    Now add some water in a pressure cooker and cook till it becomes soft

    Now add coconut, curry leaves, green chillies and cumin seeds in a blender

    Grind it and keep it aside

    Now heat oil in a small pan

    Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

    After 10 seconds add curry leaves and turmeric powder

  8. 8

    After 10 seconds, add this tempering and coconut mixture to the chow chow and mix it well

    Serve chow chow thorn with mixed vegetable sambar and rice for dinner
