Cheesy Potatoes Recipe
A vegetarian Indian recipe with potatoes (aloo) - boiled, onion - finely chopped, sweet corn - boiled. Ready in 50 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Cheesy Potatoes Recipe, first boil the potatoes and peel them
potatoes (aloo) - boiled(4) - 2
Once it is done, cut them into thick round slices

Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan and add onions in it
onion - finely chopped(1)salted butter(2 teaspoon) - 4
Saute it till the onions turn translucent
onion - finely chopped(1) - 5
Once they turn translucent, add corns and salt in it
sweet corn - boiled(1 cup)salt - as per taste - 6
Now sprinkle some oregano flakes, red chilli flakes and mix it well
red chilli flakes - as neededdried oregano - as required - 7
Lastly, add lime juice and switch off the flame
lemon juice(2 teaspoon) - 8
Now take a flat pan and brush it with little oil

Then put the sliced potatoes on it
potatoes (aloo) - boiled(4) - 10
Roast them and flip them till they turn little golden in colour

Now sprinkle some salt on the potatoes and switch off the flame
potatoes (aloo) - boiled(4)salt - as per taste - 12
Take one potato slice and place your ready corns on it
sweet corn - boiled(1 cup) - 13
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on the top
mozzarella cheese(1/2 cup) - 14
If the potatoes are hot the cheese will melt very soon, but if they have turned little cold then you can put in microwave for few seconds to melt the cheese
potatoes (aloo) - boiled(4)mozzarella cheese(1/2 cup) - 15
Lastly, garnish it with coriander leaves
coriander (dhania) leaves - few sprigs - 16
Serve Cheesy Potatoes as a tea time snack with a hot cup of Masala Chai or Filter Coffee
