To begin making the Cheesy Paneer Masala Curry Recipe, into a mixer grinder add tomato puree and Britannia classic cheese spread
paneer (homemade cottage cheese) - cubed(200 grams)tomato - puree(2 cups)tablespoons britannia cheese spread - classic(2)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon) - 2
Blend to make a smooth puree and keep aside
tomato - puree(2 cups) - 3
Next into a preheated pan add oil, onions, ginger, garlic, badi elaichi and saute until the onions soften and turn golden brown in color
onions - finely chopped(2)inch ginger(1)cloves garlic(6) - 4
Once done add the tomato cheese puree, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, honey and salt to taste
tomato - puree(2 cups)tablespoons britannia cheese spread - classic(2)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)honey(1 tablespoon)salt - to taste - 5
Stir well to combine and give the tomato mixture a brisk boil
tomato - puree(2 cups) - 6
After the gravy has come to a boil add the paneer and kasuri methi
paneer (homemade cottage cheese) - cubed(200 grams)kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)(1 tablespoon) - 7
Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the heat
