Cheesy Mushroom & Corn Open Toast

To begin making Cheesy Mushroom & Corn Open Toast, into a preheated pan add oil
sweet corn(1/4 cup) - 2
Once the oil is hot add the garlic, onions and saute until the onions soften and turn golden brown in color
cloves garlic - finely chopped(6)onion - finely chopped(1)whole wheat brown bread(4) - 3
Once the onions become golden in color add the mushrooms, turmeric powder and saute until the mushrooms have softened
button mushrooms - sliced(200 grams)onion - finely chopped(1)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon) - 4
Let all the water evaporate from the pan and roast the mushrooms well

Once done add the sweet corn and a pinch of salt, the mexican chili cheese spread, parsley leaves and toss well to combine
sweet corn(1/4 cup)tablespoons britannia cheese spread - mexican chilli(3)salt - to tasteparsley leaves - finely chopped - 6
Turn off the heat and keep aside

To make the toasted bread smear butter over the bread slices and place it on a preheated pan
whole wheat brown bread(4)butter - as required - 8
Flip and toast the bread until golden brown and crips on both sides

Place the toasted bread on a platter and spoon the cheese mushroom filling on top
tablespoons britannia cheese spread - mexican chilli(3)whole wheat brown bread(4) - 10
Add more herbs on top and serve hot
