    To begin making the Carrot Idli recipe, wash the carrot really well and chop into small pieces

    Add the chopped carrot pieces in a blender and grind it to form course pieces

    Alternatively you can also grate the carrot

    Add the Carrot into the prepared Idli batter (Check notes for Idli dosa batter)Meanwhile in a pan add in oil once it becomes hot add in mustard seeds, minced ginger and curry leaves add in the prepared tadka to the idli dosa batter

    Mix well Add in the Required Salt to the dosa batter and mix well

    Prepare the Idli pan and pour in the prepared batter steam cook in a medium flame for about 12-15 mins till the idli is fully cooked
