Cabbage Bhurji Recipe

To begin making Cabbage Bhurji Recipe, heat oil in a pan/wok and add ginger, garlic and cumin seeds and let the seeds splutter
cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - grated(2 cups)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)inch ginger - grated(1)cloves garlic - minced(4) - 2
Once done add the finely chopped cabbage and green chilies, cook till it turns soft
cabbage (patta gobi/ muttaikose) - grated(2 cups)green chillies - chopped(3) - 3
Now add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and mint leaves
coriander powder (dhania)(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(0.1 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - to tastesprig mint leaves (pudina) - for garnish(2) - 4
On the other side break the eggs and beat them
whole eggs(2) - 5
After a minute, add the beaten eggs and stir it continuously, don't overcook the eggs
whole eggs(2) - 6
Cook till all the masala is coated evenly and forms a scramble

Serve the Cabbage Bhurji Recipe with a toasted bread or just with a Ragi Wheat Phulka and Palak Raita for your Lunch or breakfast
