Boondi And Spring Onion Greens Sabzi (Recipe in Hindi)

To make vegetable of boondi and green onion, first heat oil in a pan
green onion leaves - cut(8)boondi(1 cup)green chillies - finely chopped(2) - 2
Add cumin and asafoetida and cook it for 10 seconds
cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/4 teaspoon) - 3
Now add garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
garlic - paste(1 tablespoon) - 4
Add coconut powder to it and cook it for 30 seconds
turmeric powder(1/2 tablespoon)coriander powder(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)garam masala powder(1/4 tablespoon)coconut powder(1/2 cup)dry mango powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 5
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt
turmeric powder(1/2 tablespoon)coriander powder(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)garam masala powder(1/4 tablespoon)coconut powder(1/2 cup)salt - as per tastedry mango powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 6
Now add green onion leaves and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
green onion leaves - cut(8)green chillies - finely chopped(2) - 7
After this add tomatoes and some water
tomato - chopped(1/2 cup)water(1/2 cup) - 8
Cook for 1 more minute

Now add mango powder to it and mix
turmeric powder(1/2 tablespoon)coriander powder(1 tablespoon)red chilli powder(1 tablespoon)garam masala powder(1/4 tablespoon)coconut powder(1/2 cup)dry mango powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 10
Add boondi on top
boondi(1 cup) - 11
Do not mix it and cover the pan

Cook until the boondi becomes soft
boondi(1 cup) - 14
Serve boondi and green onion vegetables along with garlic lentils and phulka for dinner
