Assamese Fish Fried Rice (Recipe In Hindi)
A high protein Assamese recipe with rice - cook, fish - cut in half, onion - cut. Ready in 25 min, serves 2.

To make Asamis fish fried rice, firstly wash and cut the fish into 1 inch
rice - cook(2 cups)fish - cut in half(1 cup)inch ginger - chopped(1)carrot - cut into small(1 pieces) - 2
Now mix coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin and ginger in a bowl
coriander powder(1 tablespoon)turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)cumin powder(1 teaspoon)inch ginger - chopped(1)green coriander - chopped - 3
Now heat oil in a pan

Add the spices prepared in the bowl and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
rice - cook(2 cups) - 5
Now add fish and cook for 5 minutes on low flame
rice - cook(2 cups)fish - cut in half(1 cup) - 6
Remove the fish and keep it aside
fish - cut in half(1 cup) - 7
Now add bay leaves and onions to the remaining oil and cook till the onion becomes soft
rice - cook(2 cups)onion - cut(1)green onion - chopped take - 8
Now add coconut and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
rice - cook(2 cups)tablespoons dry coconut - tighten(2) - 9
Now add lemon juice, peas and carrots to it and cook it for next 2 minutes
rice - cook(2 cups)green peas(1/2 cup)carrot - cut into small(1 pieces)lemon juice(1 teaspoon) - 10
Now add rice and mix it well
rice - cook(2 cups) - 11
After 1 minute add fish and mix
fish - cut in half(1 cup) - 12
Cook for 1 minute and then garnish with green coriander and green onions
rice - cook(2 cups)onion - cut(1)coriander powder(1 tablespoon)green peas(1/2 cup)green coriander - choppedgreen onion - chopped take - 13
Serve Asamis Fish Fried Rice with Curd and Kachumbar Salad for dinner
