Asian Style Mixed Fried Rice Recipe
A vegetarian Asian recipe with -1/ rice - cooked, carrot (gajjar) - cut in very small cubes, sweet corn - steamed. Ready in 50 min, serves 4.

To begin with Asian Style Mixed Fried Rice, firstly heat oil in a wok
-1/ rice - cooked(2 cup)rice vinegar(1 tablespoon) - 2
Add chopped garlic and fry until the raw smell of garlic vanishes
spring onion greens - chopped(1/4 cup)spring onion (bulb & greens) - finely chopped(1/4 cup)garlic - finely chopped(1 teaspoon) - 3
Add chopped spring onion white bulbs and toss for about 30 seconds

After 30 seconds, add carrots and corn, toss well for another 30 seconds
carrot (gajjar) - cut in very small cubes(1/4 cup)sweet corn - steamed(1/4 cup) - 5
Add green pepper, peanut butter, soya sauce, red chili paste, rice vinegar and mix well
-1/ rice - cooked(2 cup)green bell pepper (capsicum) - cut in small cubes(1/4 cup)peanut butter(1 tablespoon)dark soy sauce(1 tablespoon)red chilli sauce(2 teaspoon)rice vinegar(1 tablespoon)black pepper powder - to taste - 6
Saute it for about 40-50 seconds and make sure everything is mixed properly
carrot (gajjar) - cut in very small cubes(1/4 cup) - 7
Add spring onion greens and season with salt and pepper
green bell pepper (capsicum) - cut in small cubes(1/4 cup)spring onion greens - chopped(1/4 cup)spring onion (bulb & greens) - finely chopped(1/4 cup)salt - to tasteblack pepper powder - to taste - 8
Once it is done, add 2 tablespoon of crushed peanut, mix well
roasted peanuts (moongphali) - coarsely crushed(3 tablespoon)peanut butter(1 tablespoon) - 9
At the end, add the cooked rice and toss it well
