To begin making the Anda Bhurji Recipe - Spicy Indian Style Scrambled Eggs whisk the eggs in a bowl with milk and salt to taste until light and fluffy and keep aside

Into a preheated pan add ghee, the cumin seeds, onions and chopped green chillies and saute till the onions turn slightly caramelized
teaspoons ghee - or oil(2)onions - finely chopped(2)tomatoes - finely chopped(3)green chillies - finely chopped(2)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)coriander (dhania) leaves - finely chopped - 3
Once done stir in the tomatoes and saute till they have soften

Once the tomatoes have softened, add the whisked eggs

Turn the heat to low and keep stirring the eggs until it scrambles
