To prepare Whole wheat cupcake recipe, preheat the Oven to 180 degrees Celsius
-/2 whole wheat flour(1 cups)whole eggs(2) - 2
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and whisk well
-/2 whole wheat flour(1 cups)-/2 teaspoons baking powder(1)baking soda(1/2 teaspoon) - 3
Add eggs, butter, and sugar in a separate bowl and beat well till the mixture is light
butter(100 grams)whole eggs(2)caster sugar(3/4 cup) - 4
Fold the flour into the above mixture
-/2 whole wheat flour(1 cups) - 5
Add the buttermilk and vanilla essence and mix well
butter(100 grams)vanilla extract(1 teaspoon)buttermilk(1/2 cup) - 6
Transfer the cake batter into cupcake moulds with liners in them

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until ready

Top the whole wheat cupcakes with chocolate ganache and serve during tea time
