To make Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao recipe, first wash and soak Kabuli chana overnight
rice - soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes(2 cups)of chickpea chana or chickpeas - boil(2 cups)tomatoes - make puree(2) - 2
In the morning, pour it into the pressure cooker with water as per the usage and boil it till you reach 3 cities

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan

Add onions and cook till they turn brown
onions - thinly sliced(2)onions - finely chopped(2) - 7
Turn off the gas and keep the onion in a bowl and keep it aside

Heat a little more ghee in the same pan

Add finely chopped onions and cook till they become soft

After it becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes

Add tomato puree after 2 minutes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Now add paprika powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder and mix

After 2 minutes add Kabuli chana, 1 cup of water, salt and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes

After the ghee is hot, add cinnamon, long, elaichi, big cardamom and let it cook for 10 seconds

Add rice, salt, 1-1 / 2 cup of water, cover it and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat

Add half the rice and fried onions and mint

Again add Kabuli masala, rice, fried onions, mint leaves, cover and cook for 10 minutes
