To begin making Shakarkandi Ka Halwa Recipe(Sweet Potato Halwa), in a plate, peel and grate the sweet potatoes

Place a Kadai on medium heat

Add ghee to it
ghee(1 tablespoon) - 4
Once the ghee is warm, add grated sweet potato and saute till the sweet potato softens
sweet potato - grated(2)ghee(1 tablespoon) - 5
Add sugar, cardamom powder and nuts, mix well, keep stirring and cook the Halwa for 2-3 minutes
sugar(1 tablespoon)mixed nuts - chopped(1/2 cup)cardamom powder (elaichi)(1 teaspoon) - 6
Keep a few chopped nuts for garnishing
mixed nuts - chopped(1/2 cup) - 7
Turn off the heat, transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with nuts
