    To make Sabja Shikanji, firstly soak the Sabja Seed in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes

    cold water(3 cups)

    Add 3 cups of water, sugar, lemon juice, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and mix until sugar dissolves

    Add sabja bija and mint leaves and mix

    Serve immediately after putting it in glass

    Serve Sabja Shikanji during summer

    You can also add honey as per taste instead of sugar
