To begin making the Roasted Potatoes With Za'atar Recipe first make your spice mix by combining all the ingredients under “To make your own Za'atar” and grind them in a mixer or coffee grinder
potatoes (aloo) - cut in cubes(6)tablespoons za'atar(3) - 2
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C

In a mixing bowl add potato cubes, prepared za'atar mix, paprika, lemon juice and olive oil
potatoes (aloo) - cut in cubes(6)lemon juice(1 tablespoon)tablespoons extra virgin olive oil(4)paprika powder - or to taste(1 tablespoon)tablespoons za'atar(3) - 4
Toss well util all the potatoes are well coated with the spice mix and oil
potatoes (aloo) - cut in cubes(6) - 5
Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil or parchment paper and transfer the potatoes onto the tray
potatoes (aloo) - cut in cubes(6) - 6
Spread them around and place the tray in the oven to bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crispy

Take them out of the oven
