Prawns Fried Rice Recipe
A high protein Indian recipe with rice, bay leaves, onion. Ready in 40 min, serves 4.

To make prawn fried rice, first marinate the parvans
rice(1 cup)prawns - marinate(8) - 2
Now put red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt on it and keep it aside for 30 minutes
dal sugar powder(1/2 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per tastered chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 3
Take out the peel of the carrot and chop it thin
carrot(1/2) - 4
Also cut the capsicum thinly
capsicum (green)(1/2) - 5
In a saucepan, add the rice along with bay leaves, black pepper and salt
rice(1 cup)bay leaves(2)soy sauce(1 teaspoon)green chilli sauce(1 teaspoon)small spoon roasted tomato sauce(1)long(2)whole pepper(4)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)salt - as per tastesalt - as per taste - 6
Add water and cook rice as per use
rice(1 cup) - 7
Add 1 teaspoon of oil to it so that the rice does not stick
rice(1 cup)small spoon roasted tomato sauce(1) - 8
After the rice is cooked, cool it down
rice(1 cup) - 9
Add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder to the rice and mix
rice(1 cup)whole pepper(4)dal sugar powder(1/2 teaspoon)black pepper powder(1/2 teaspoon)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon) - 10
Now heat oil in a pan and add onions
onion(2) - 11
Cook onion until it becomes soft

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for next 2 minutes
cloves garlic(5)inch ginger(1/2) - 13
Now add vegetables and let it cook for 2 minutes

Cut the prawns in 2 or 3 pieces and put them in the pan
prawns - marinate(8) - 15
Let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes

After 8 minutes add all the sauces, mix and cook for 1 minute
soy sauce(1 teaspoon)green chilli sauce(1 teaspoon)small spoon roasted tomato sauce(1) - 17
Add salt and butter, mix and garnish with green coriander

Serve prawn fried rice with Manchurian for dinner
