Paneer In Coconut Gravy Recipe

To begin making the Paneer In Coconut Gravy Recipe, we need to first prepare the masala for the gravy
paneer (homemade cottage cheese) - cut into 1/ inch cubes(2 cups)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)fresh coconut - grated(1/3 cup) - 2
In a heavy bottomed pan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies on a low flame
coriander (dhania) seeds(1 tablespoon)cumin seeds (jeera)(1/2 tablespoon)dry red chillies(4) - 3
Roast the spices until they turn aromatic

In another pan, add one tablespoon of butter

Once the butter has melted, add chopped garlic, ginger and saute until the aroma wafts through the air

Marinate the diced paneer cubes in this paste for half hour

In the meantime, in a pan, add remaining butter and saute onions until they turn soft

Add garam masala and saute until the masala combines well into the mixture
