To make paratha flour: Now add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix in a bowl

Add a little water and knead the dough

To make the masala: Heat the oil in a pan

Now add cottage cheese, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mango powder, salt

Mix well and keep aside

Now take a little piece of flour and roll it out

Place the mixture of paneer peas in the middle and close it from all sides

Now coat it with dry flour
