To make the spinach chana dal recipe, first soak the chana dal
chana dal - soaked in water for 20 minutes(1 cup)spinach - wash and chop(200 grams) - 2
Now put this dal in a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water, salt, turmeric powder and cook it until it comes to 5 to 6 cities

After 1 minute, add onions, green chilies and cook till the onions turn brown

After the onions turn brown, add tomatoes and cook them until they become soft

After the onion becomes soft, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes
