Mee Bakso Recipe - Indonesian Meatball Noodle Soup
A non-veg Asian recipe with hakka noodles, -/2 water, teaspoons garlic - finely chopped. Ready in 35 min, serves 4.

To begin making the Mee Bakso Recipe, we will first boil the noodles and keep it ready
hakka noodles(100 grams) - 2
Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of water, and bring to a rolling boil
-/2 water(1 cups)soy sauce(1 teaspoon) - 3
Add the noodles and allow them to cook for about 3-4 minutes
hakka noodles(100 grams) - 4
After which, check if they are soft as required, continue to cook for a minute or two if you like it more soft

Ensure the noodles are not over cooked
hakka noodles(100 grams) - 6
Turn off the flame, drain the excess water from the noodles, run it under cold water to prevent it from cooking further
hakka noodles(100 grams)-/2 water(1 cups) - 7
Smear the noodles with a little oil, to prevent it from sticking to each other and keep it aside

To make the chicken meatballsIn a mixer jar combine, the chicken pieces along with the garlic, salt and red chilli
teaspoons garlic - finely chopped(2)fresh red chilli - sliced diagonally(1)salt - to tastechicken breasts - cut into cubes(200 grams)dry red chilli(1)cloves garlic(4) - 9
Grind to make a mince

Transfer this mixture into a bowl
carrots (gajjar) - cut into juliennes(1/3 cup)red bell pepper (capsicum) - cut into juliennes(1/3 cup)chicken breasts - cut into cubes(200 grams) - 11
Grease your palms with oil, take a tablespoon of the meatball mixture and make meat balls of equal portions using up all the mice

Place it on a plate and set aside

Heat a pan with oil on medium flame, add the ginger, garlic, red chilli
teaspoons garlic - finely chopped(2)teaspoons ginger - finely chopped(2)fresh red chilli - sliced diagonally(1)dry red chilli(1)cloves garlic(4) - 14
Saute for about a minute

Next to this add the both the bell peppers, carrots, salt and stir fry for 2 minutes, until cooked, yet crunchy
carrots (gajjar) - cut into juliennes(1/3 cup)red bell pepper (capsicum) - cut into juliennes(1/3 cup)green bell peppers - cut intojuliennes(1/3 cup)salt - to tasteblack pepper powder(1 teaspoon) - 16
To this add water, and soy sauce and bring to a rolling boil

Once the Mee Bakso soup comes to rolling boil, reduce the flame, add the prepared meatballs and allow them to cook, leaving its flavors in the soup

Next add in some pepper and spring onion greens and turn off the flame

Finally stir in the noodles and give the Mee Bakso Soup a good mix and serve hot
