To make Matta Rice Pea Casserole, first of all, add Matta Rice in a pressure cooker with 4 cups of water

Cook till 6 city comes and let the pressure drain

Open the cooker, take out the rice and keep it aside to cool for 15 minutes

Now heat ghee in a pan
ghee - as per use - 5
Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, cumin seeds and let it cook for 20 seconds

Now add peas and cook for 30 seconds
green peas(1 cup) - 7
After 30 seconds, add rice, salt and sugar to it

Mix well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
